These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MySC mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by MySC, operated by FOP Zaikin Dmytro (Individual Entrepreneur Dmytro Zaikin), a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine ("MySC", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MySC is a virtual private network (VPN) that establishes an encrypted connection between your device and our servers to help you stay connected securely and privately, including on challenging maritime networks. The Service is provided for lawful, personal use.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
A subscription is intended for use on your own device(s) as permitted by the app store. To keep the Service fast and available for everyone, we may apply reasonable fair-use limits and take action against abuse, including trial fraud, reselling access, or attempts to circumvent device or account limits.
You agree not to use the Service to:

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but internet connectivity — especially over satellite and shipboard networks — can be variable and outside our control. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular speed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms MySC, other users, or our infrastructure. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the app.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we protect it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
